One
God is holy, and He made you for Himself.
The centerpiece of the universe is not you. It is for God to be seen and praised for His matchless perfections. You were made to know Him and to enjoy Him — that is what you are for.

Two
All of us are sinners by nature and by choice.
Sin is not merely a list of bad habits. It is a settled preference for anything other than God, and it leaves every one of us — moral or immoral, religious or irreligious — genuinely guilty before Him.

Three
Jesus Christ died in the place of sinners.
God's own Son took on flesh, lived the sinless life we could not live, and bore the wrath our sin deserved. Three days later He rose bodily from the grave, and He is alive today.

Four
Repent and believe — and you will be saved.
Salvation is not achieved; it is received. Turn from your sin and rest the whole weight of your hope on Christ alone. Whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.
